The Chhatrapati Shivaji Vastu Sangrahalaya in Mumbai, formerly known as the Prince of Wales Museum, is one of the best museums in India. Designed by the well-known British architect George Wittet in the characteristic Indo-Saracenic style, this lofty edifice houses a rich collection of artefacts and antiquities ranging from prehistoric tools to modern paintings. This walk will include a visit to the main galleries of the museum, where the leader will explain the details about the artefacts on display.
